Ukraine: Warsteiner International signs distribution deal with Carlsberg
The Carlsberg subsidiary Slavutych Brewery will import the premium products of the Warsteiner Brewery and offer them as an exclusive distribution partner in the on- and off-trade in bottle, can and keg configurations. Representatives of both companies signed a long-term cooperation contract regarding the import and national distribution of Warsteiner Premium Verum and Warsteiner Premium Fresh (non-alcoholic) for the Ukrainian food retail market and gastronomy sector.

Ukraine Seeks 4 Million-Ton Barley Agreement With Saudi Arabia
22.05.12 - Ukraine is seeking to reach agreement with Saudi Arabia on supplying as much as 4 million metric tons of barley to the Middle East country, Agriculture Minister Mykola Prysyazhnyuk said. Saudi officials will arrive in Ukraine next month to discuss an accord, Prysyazhnyuk said in a statement e-mailed yesterday. [more]
