Molson Coors takes further stake in Cobra India
Molson Coors will buy a controlling stake in Cobra India, gaining operational control over a new joint venture company Molson Coors Cobra India. The joint venture is to make and market Cobra beer in South Asia including India, Bangladesh, Bhutan, Maldives, Nepal, Pakistan and Sri Lanka. Molson Coors will invest around $35 million in Molson Coors Cobra India for working capital requirements and brewery expansion plans, a statement said.

Ukraine Seeks 4 Million-Ton Barley Agreement With Saudi Arabia
22.05.12 - Ukraine is seeking to reach agreement with Saudi Arabia on supplying as much as 4 million metric tons of barley to the Middle East country, Agriculture Minister Mykola Prysyazhnyuk said.
