Heineken plans to sell Strongbow cider worldwide
According to Alexis Nasard, the brewer’s chief commercial officer, Strongbow cider and the Dos Equis and Sol beer brands could be taken global by owner Heineken. Heineken acquired the cider brand when it bought Scottish & Newcastle in 2008. It took on Mexican beers Sol and Dos Equis from its acquisition of FEMSA beer in 2010.
