Heineken In Talks To Merge Two Czech Subsidiaries
Heineken has announced plans to merge its local Kralovsky Pivovar Krusovice brewery with beverage group Drinks Union. According to local reports, citing Jiri Danek, head of Heineken's Czech business, the merger is expected to be completed in the first half of 2010 at the latest.

Ukraine Seeks 4 Million-Ton Barley Agreement With Saudi Arabia
22.05.12 - Ukraine is seeking to reach agreement with Saudi Arabia on supplying as much as 4 million metric tons of barley to the Middle East country, Agriculture Minister Mykola Prysyazhnyuk said.
