Heineken NV is near on a deal to buy the beer business of Femsa for about US$8 billion, people familiar with the matter said, in what would be a surprise finish to the auction of the Mexican beer maker and continue a wave of consolidation in the industry.

Ukraine Seeks 4 Million-Ton Barley Agreement With Saudi Arabia
22.05.12 - Ukraine is seeking to reach agreement with Saudi Arabia on supplying as much as 4 million metric tons of barley to the Middle East country, Agriculture Minister Mykola Prysyazhnyuk said.
