Femsa in talks with SAB and Heineken over unit
Femsa, the Latin American beverage group, is in talks to sell its beer business to either SABMiller or Heineken as it looks to shed brands such as Dos Equis and Sol and focus instead on its Coca-Cola operations. The Mexican company hired Rothschild, the investment bank, months ago to consider its options for the beer unit, and the families that control Femsa appear more willing to entertain a sale of the business than they have in the past, say people close to the matter.

22.05.12 - Ukraine is seeking to reach agreement with Saudi Arabia on supplying as much as 4 million metric tons of barley to the Middle East country, Agriculture Minister Mykola Prysyazhnyuk said.
