Efes Brewery will increase its Capital in Russia
Efes Breweries International N.V. announced that the General Shareholders' Meeting of Moscow Efes Brewery, EBI's operating subsidiary in Russia, resolved to increase MEB's share capital through issuance of additional shares of up to 455,729,167.00, amounting to USD 200,000,000.

Ukraine Seeks 4 Million-Ton Barley Agreement With Saudi Arabia
22.05.12 - Ukraine is seeking to reach agreement with Saudi Arabia on supplying as much as 4 million metric tons of barley to the Middle East country, Agriculture Minister Mykola Prysyazhnyuk said.
