Rumours that the world's two biggest brewers of beer could merge have been circulating for three years, and resurfaced in the past week. In the past week foreign analysts said it appeared that the world's biggest brewer, Anheuser-Busch InBev, had set its sight on SABMiller. Last Friday SABMiller spokesperson Nigel Fairbrass declined to comment the rumours. The two brewers together have almost 400 beer brands allover the world.

Ukraine Seeks 4 Million-Ton Barley Agreement With Saudi Arabia
22.05.12 - Ukraine is seeking to reach agreement with Saudi Arabia on supplying as much as 4 million metric tons of barley to the Middle East country, Agriculture Minister Mykola Prysyazhnyuk said. Saudi officials will arrive in Ukraine next month to discuss an accord, Prysyazhnyuk said in a statement e-mailed yesterday. [more]
