Carlsberg launches super premium strong beer
Carlsberg India is positioning strong beer in the premium segment, a market so far restricted to mild beer. The Danish company will brew Carlsberg Elephant, a super premium beer to bet on strong beer which accounts for the lion's share of the market.

Ukraine Seeks 4 Million-Ton Barley Agreement With Saudi Arabia
22.05.12 - Ukraine is seeking to reach agreement with Saudi Arabia on supplying as much as 4 million metric tons of barley to the Middle East country, Agriculture Minister Mykola Prysyazhnyuk said. Saudi officials will arrive in Ukraine next month to discuss an accord, Prysyazhnyuk said in a statement e-mailed yesterday. [more]
