Carlsberg finds new partner to manage logistics in UK
Carlsberg has signed a five-year deal with Norbert Dentressangle, a major British transport, logistics and freight forwarding company, to handle its logistics operations in the UK. Norbert will serve as the primary logistics partner beginning February 2012 and will oversee the brewing company's primary distribution in the UK.

Ukraine Seeks 4 Million-Ton Barley Agreement With Saudi Arabia
22.05.12 - Ukraine is seeking to reach agreement with Saudi Arabia on supplying as much as 4 million metric tons of barley to the Middle East country, Agriculture Minister Mykola Prysyazhnyuk said. Saudi officials will arrive in Ukraine next month to discuss an accord, Prysyazhnyuk said in a statement e-mailed yesterday. [more]
