Carlsberg finalises deal to buy 12.25% in Chongqing Brewery
Danish brewery group Carlsberg A/S said last week it has completed the buy of an additional 12.25% in Chinese Chongqing Brewery Co Ltd, passing through all the necessary steps and receiving all the required approvals. Carlsberg has increased to 29.71% from 17.46% its stake in the Chinese brewery, paying approx. CNY2.385bn.

22.05.12 - Ukraine is seeking to reach agreement with Saudi Arabia on supplying as much as 4 million metric tons of barley to the Middle East country, Agriculture Minister Mykola Prysyazhnyuk said.
