Bulgaria Kamenitza, AB InBev Breweries Sale Completed
Anheuser-Busch InBev (ABI.BT) announced on Wednesday it has completed the sale of its operations in Central Europe and the Balkans to private-equity firm CVC Capital Partners. The deal is valued at USD 2.23 B in cash, bonds and minority shares.

Ukraine Seeks 4 Million-Ton Barley Agreement With Saudi Arabia
22.05.12 - Ukraine is seeking to reach agreement with Saudi Arabia on supplying as much as 4 million metric tons of barley to the Middle East country, Agriculture Minister Mykola Prysyazhnyuk said. Saudi officials will arrive in Ukraine next month to discuss an accord, Prysyazhnyuk said in a statement e-mailed yesterday. [more]
