Asia Pacific Breweries Q1 revenue up 10%
Asia Pacific Breweries (APB) has reported 10% increase in revenue for the first quarter ended 31 December 2009 compared to the same quarter last year due to stronger sales volume. Net profit for the quarter was SGD70.1m, an increase of 56% compared to same quarter previous year. Group profit before interest, tax and exceptional items (PBIT) recorded a significant gain of 50% or SGD43.7m to SGD131m.

22.05.12 - Ukraine is seeking to reach agreement with Saudi Arabia on supplying as much as 4 million metric tons of barley to the Middle East country, Agriculture Minister Mykola Prysyazhnyuk said.
