Anheuser-Busch InBev gets $17.2B for refinancing
Anheuser-Busch InBev said Friday it obtained $17.2 billion in long-term bank financing to refinance its $54 billion loan for the acquisition of Anheuser-Busch in 2008. The new financing consists of a $13 billion facility agreement that provides for an $8 billion, five-year revolving credit facility and a $5 billion, three-year term facility.

22.05.12 - Ukraine is seeking to reach agreement with Saudi Arabia on supplying as much as 4 million metric tons of barley to the Middle East country, Agriculture Minister Mykola Prysyazhnyuk said. Saudi officials will arrive in Ukraine next month to discuss an accord, Prysyazhnyuk said in a statement e-mailed yesterday. [more]
