AB Inbev production had come to a complete halt
Belgian workers have blocked the entrances to the company's large plants in Leuven and Liege for 13 days and for a week at Hoegaarden in protest at AB InBev's plan to shed a net 263 of its 2,700 Belgian workforce. Two mediation attempts have failed to break the deadlock. Today the production came to a total standstill.

22.05.12 - Ukraine is seeking to reach agreement with Saudi Arabia on supplying as much as 4 million metric tons of barley to the Middle East country, Agriculture Minister Mykola Prysyazhnyuk said.
